I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS). A Mormon. But I have always been a student of other religions.  I have a great respect for other religions and the people who believe in them, so I will never bash another’s beliefs.  However, I do hold members of my church to a higher standard and have no trepidation at calling them down.

Two doctrinal passages that I believe sum up most of my views of religion, from an LDS perspective, are the 11th Article of Faith and Doctrine and Covenants 98:23-31.
